Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling

Regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • Refunds are available for services not rendered due to AutoGlo's error.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Results may vary depending on the vehicle's pre-existing condition.
  • While we take utmost care, AutoGlo is not responsible for minor pre-existing damages.
